Terms and Conditions

Damages

All clients are responsible for any damage to the interior and equipment made by his/her guests. This includes, but is not limited to: Alcohol and wine spillage, vomiting, gum, damage to radio, CD/DVD player, televisions and all lights.

Repair and replacement of any items shall have a minimum charge of $300.00.

All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. Sounds Vision Masters reserves the right to bar and person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a breach of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of termination, no refund shall be made to the client.

Alcohol and Smoking

Alcohol will not be consumed by any passenger under the age of (18) eighteen. If it is found that any passenger under the age of 18 has consumed alcohol at anytime while in our limousine, the hire-age of our services will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given. 

Sounds Vision Masters is not permitted to provide any alcohol beverages to any of our client, including those that are of legal age. 

Smoking of any substance is not permitted in our limousine.

Personal Items

Sounds Vision Masters does not take responsibility for any items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine hire period.

Delays

Sounds Vision Masters will not be held responsible for late arrival caused by situations beyond our control, which includes but is not limited to: acts of nature, incorrect pick up or drop off information, traffic delays and breakdowns.

Refunds

Limousine bookings made with up to and including a minimum deposit of 50% of the quoted price are Non-Refundable, but can be transferred to another date. If you need to change the date of your booking, the new date must be within one year of the original booking date.

If payment was made in full, 65% of the amount will be refunded. Cancellation made with 48 hours of your booking will not be refunded.
